Their timeliness in getting my problem resolved was nothing short of amazing. Rarely do I experience this kind of seamless customer service! Thank you so so much!!!

Great staff. Had a tight situation at the cemetery, and the staff were extremely professional either the Wilbert crew as well as the family. Great service!!! I cant remember the two ladies names but they did perfect in an un ideal situation.

They handled my mothers cremation. Todd was extremely kind, gentle, compassionate and professional. Kathrine did an amazing job on the folders as I am very picky and she handled that well and allowed me to proof and make changes. We did not have a memorial service done here but were present while they had another set up and looks like they handled that well also. Although we did purchase a couple of urns and jewelry items they also allowed us to purchase urns outside of this facility and were happy to accommodate us by splitting the remains into all of the urns. We never want to have a need for these services but I know at some point I will need these services again and I will use AE again. Thank you for everything you did for my family. We started looking after our sweet Rocky Joe when my wifes sister became too ill to care for him. And when she passed he came to us to stay. When Rocky suddenly left us with heart failure we were devastated. He was our best friend. He was everyones friend. There has never been a more pure soul to ever to come into this world. So we had to do something to honor and preserve his memory. I am so glad Amos Pet Companion Crematory was available to us. These wonderful people know pets are family and treat their customers with all the respect and compassion one needs in such times. The seeds of healing are watered with our tears and its is the kindness of strangers that is the sunshine that helps us grow through the experience. My dog passed unexpectedly in the middle of the night and I called them as soon as they opened and they had open availability immediately everyone was kind and they handled everything perfectly the price is very reasonable and I also purchased the paw print that came out perfect I 100% recommend this place !! The remains come in a plastic urn as well

We had the most amazing experience with Amos family crematory. We planned to put our family dog down on a Monday and planned to use an at home vet for euthanasia. But then our dog died on his own on Saturday night. We didnt know where to go to cremate him, but thank goodness we found Amos family crematory. They were so kind and treated us so well. Their prices were very fair and we got the most amazing engraved urn. I highly recommend this business.

They made this very difficult time for us as easy as possible. We appreciate them being a source of comfort as well as taking care of all the logistics. My father and my child are next to each other in the memory gardens, and their resting place is beautiful and peaceful.
