Todd & the amazing team members were exceptional to work with. The level of love & care they provided for our family and our dad was extraordinary.

Under the most unfortunate circumstances, we were introduced to Todd at Rumsey Yost. Despite the most difficult period of our lives, I cannot overstate the class, grace, kindness, and consideration we were treated with working with Todd Miller and his team. Exceptional is an understatement; he was communicative throughout the entire process and was able to navigate these rocky waters with a level of finesse and understanding that made the entire experience much better than it otherwise could have been. I can give countless examples throughout this process as to Todd's level of professionalism and class, but it is not an exaggeration to say that my experience working with Todd was one of the best experiences in terms of level of service, that I have ever received in my life, regardless of the circumstances. Your choice of funeral home for a loved one is not one that should be taken lightly, and we got EXTREMELY lucky with Todd & his team at Rumsey Yost. It is a service that I will r

After the passing of my Dad, it was such a comfort working with this business to make arrangements. The process was simple, straightforward, and fairly priced. I was so happy that they were in my fathers neighborhood as I imagine he would have loved being so close to his community. The staff were compassionate and thoughtful and let us do as much or as little as we were able to take on. We worked with Todd the most and he was great, but everyone on staff we encountered was very kind. It was a very classy and lovely space with little pretense, celebrating a loved one here felt quite satisfactory.

Organizing a service alone during the holidays is heartbreaking. Morgan and the staff at Warren-McElwain were such a blessing and I cant speak any higher of their professionalism and kindness during such a difficult time. They guided me through decisions and practically held my hand as I blindly made choices that I hoped were the best for my family. Thank you to the whole staff who helped me without judgement and showed patience beyond expectation.

Very kind and very communicative with both me and my father. I was very pleased with Susan and her son and all the one on one support we received.

With my moms passing over the holiday and no existing funeral plans, I was suddenly thrust into the world of hospital decisions, funeral arrangements, obituaries, headstones, burial plans and more. I took a bit of time to do some research, crossed my fingers for the rest, and contacted Chapel Oaks.
