At the worst possible time of my life, the best possible customer service manager stepped in to guide me through the process. Brett Barnes, family service manager with Johnson County Funeral Chapel and Memorial Gardens showed more compassion, expertise and professionalism to me - a stranger in tears - than I could have ever imagined. I knew immediately I was in the very best hands. He was Heaven sent&. no pun intended! Brett is intuitive, caring, capable and an expert communicator. He went above and beyond the call of duty to work with me when my little sister died. Just yesterday we laid her to rest& And he stood there with my family the entire service, just in case he was needed. Highly recommend this capable young man when you must face the loss of a loved one. 10 Stars out of five!

Tails to remember has a great business model. While we never want to think about losing our furry companions, when the time comes I am grateful there are places like Tails To Remember. Anna is compassionate, and Professional.

Its rare to find a business that feels like it has a soul, but Tails to Remember is exactly that. I havent had to use their services yet, thank goodness, but knowing Anna and her background, there is no one else I would trust when that day eventually comes for my pup. Anna is one of those rare people who is incredibly "on it"shes brilliant, LSU-educated, and has a massive professional background in the animal pharma worldbut she hasnt lost an ounce of her bright, bubbling personality. Shes taken all that high-level expertise and poured it into something that feels so much more kind and human. The whole concept of "aquamation" (water cremation) is such a gentle, eco-friendly alternative to the traditional route. It feels less like a clinical end and more like a peaceful way to say goodbye. If youre looking for a place that balances high-level professionalism with a quirky, compassionate heart, this is it. When the time comes to "turn the page" on a pet's story, you want som
