Unfortunately, our family unexpectedly lost my brother and father within the past 5 months, we used Legacy for both. Eric and his team have been amazing, they are caring, compassionate, and supportive throughout such a difficult process.

My family and I were blown away by staff at Legacy - Scott Chapel. Eric and Todd were so kind, compassionate, and excellent to work with and we knew the minute we met them, we made the right decision to trust them with our mom's arrangements. My mom looked great in her beautiful casket and her service was beautiful. My sister, aunt, and I were dreading the arrangement process but when we left after meeting Eric and Todd, we had so much peace. They did an amazing job and we will never forget their kindness and compassion. Thanks again Eric & Todd!! Highly recommend!

Our Family had an incredible Experience with Coots that we will never forget! My dad and our family are all about giving back to independent organizations Especially those such as Coots that provide empathy, kindness, patience, and love to all families they work with Once our dad was diagnosed with a terminally ill cancer in early 2024 our dad had my sisters and I meet him at funeral home because this is where he wanted to be and met with Tucker as he did not want the expense of his funeral be a burden to us. This was probably the most efficient, Compassionate experience, we all experienced with him and his flexibility with our schedule . I wanted to write a review regarding my Aunt L.'s funeral there. I wasn't able to come to the funeral itself because I live in Virginia and the ice storm that occurred. First, she looked lovely. She looked beautiful and at peace. The phone calls I placed [which were numerous] were answered with knowledge and compassion. Tucker was fabulous and more than helpful. They live streamed the service so I could "be there" as best I could be. I deeply appreciated and still appreciate the patience and ability to see my Aunt L's beautiful face again. Scott's is AMAZING! We were 2 states away and had to prepare a funeral. I worked with Scott M. and he not only helped us remove the stress of the entire process, he walked us through anything that we may encounter so we were prepared. I recommend this place for when life hits the hardest parts you may face and know they will take care of you with compassion and faith.

We traveled from California to Indiana to my niece Brianna's funeral this past weekend. This funeral home went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. I don't know how you do things in Indiana but let me tell you they were awesome! My niece Christine was surprised when she arrived. We went to set up but Everything was already set up, the flowers, the decorations, the book, the video etc. It was a little overwhelming. We didn't have anything to do but set up pictures. Everything was beautiful, even the fish tank, it was calming and relaxing for us. I would recommend this funeral home to everyone. Thank you Scott's funeral Home for helping my family.

Have a long history with Faithful Companions and have always been pleased with their service. However, I prefer a compassionate human touch instead of being directed to deal with a website. This is not the best way to service someone who experiencing a loss.

We always use this place they have always been very respectful to all our needs and questions I respect this place and always recommend them

Everyone was super sympathetic and did everything to make sure the cremation was handled with love and care. They were understanding of getting the cremation done quickly so the grieving process could be as minimal as needed.

I wanted to thank Princessa who made this whole process so much easier. I appreciate you all going above and beyond and being patient with all my changes I made. You all did such a great job with moms mini viewing. Thank you for offering affordable end of life solutions with such amazing customer service !! Princessa was so kind and caring during everything. I can't say enough about how wonderful all the folks at Magnolia are! They are professional, and thorough, yet compassionate. One young lady in particular, Carolina, was really amazing! She worked with me extensively. Carolina was very kind and understanding. I had a few hiccups with links for digital signatures for family members, but those issues were resolved quickly. No matter what person I interacted with, at Magnolia, all were well trained and patient. I have already recommended this company highly to friends and family. I appreciate the experience my family and I had in dealing with Magnolia regarding my brother's death and cremation.

This is where my beautiful mama is laid to rest for almost 20 yrs now. If I ever have any questions or concerns the staff always been nice to me. The maintenance has always kept this cemetery clean and kept well. Keep up the good work!!!
