The staff was professional and compassionate and they went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were met
Bridgette is a very compassionate and caring person. Our granddaughter passed away suddenly and she helped the family through a difficult time. She listened to us as we talked and found ways to incorporate what we said to add special touches to the services. She did simple things that meant so much to the family. I cannot say enough good things about Bridgette and her staff. Tim was also wonderful and caring. They all went above and beyond. I have a photo to add but I can't figure out how. Brigette added blue balloons the day of Madi's celebration to the sign because that was Madi's favorite color.
The staff we worked with were wonderful, thoughtful, and caring. We had a simple cremation, no service. Very simple and straight forward per our dad's wishes. They did not try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. Gave us all the options and let us decide. Respected our wishes during a difficult time.
