My mom went to her heavenly home on December 11, 2022, and her service was on the 17th. This has been the hardest thing to deal with, but let me say this: the staff at Faith Memorial Bessemer was amazing from the time they picked my mom up from home until they dropped us off after the service. They held my hand, gave hugs, tissues, cried, and prayed with me, offering whatever else was needed. All I asked was for them to make her look natural and beautiful. Yes, that's exactly what they did. They offered outfits we didn't choose from and even cut the price. Let's not forget they were very professional to everyone who called to make donations or send flowers. They also stayed on top of the cemetery, making sure everything was in order. The only issue was the location of the service, which they fixed within a matter of minutes. I am truly grateful for their support and care, and yes, I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Faith Memorial Chapel Funeral services were very good. They did an excellent job with the care of my father who recently passed on April 20, 2024. Yes they were very professional and addressed all of my needs in a timely manner. So I was just pleased with the care they did on my father in my time of sadness. I appreciate the excellent service of them being so professional!

Milexy even helped us find a preacher willing to come to our home for a private memorial service for our friend. Marques was even able to send memorial photos and flowers along with our friend's body to Honduras so his family could have them at his funeral. I highly recommend them and am extremely grateful for the care they gave our friend. It gives me peace to know they gave him dignity and respect on his final journey.

Ms. Orris Streeter, my Family Service Counselor, is always so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I have worked with her in planning my funeral so that my daughter doesn't have to do this when that time comes. She advised on some things, but was never "pushy". She is a wonderful person and I'm thankful to have her as my planner.
