I was left reeling after the sudden death of my husband - had no clue what to do or how to proceed. Tim Cook, and everyone else we dealt with at Cook Funeral Home as well, went out of their way to walk me through the steps I needed to take, help me sort out the many choices of how to proceed, and just listened with patience and compassion to all my word salad as I tried to process the decisions I needed to make. I can't say enough about the professionalism, integrity, and compassion my family and I experienced. Tim helped us walk through what was needed... and what wasn't! At such a vulnerable time in our lives, we were extremely thankful to know we were in good hands every step of the way.

We recently worked with Tim Cook regarding my father's passing. He was very understanding, helpful and made a difficult process much easier. He and his staff went out of their way to be sensitive, and helpful to our needs, including transporting the remains to their final resting place out of state. My father passed in January, 2024. He had made arrangements and paid for the funeral about 12 years prior to his passing. He made the arrangements through Colyer Funeral Home. Hunter at Colyer Funeral Home was outstanding to work with and made the arrangements very smooth. I could not recommend Colyer Funeral Home more. Keith and his wife are gracious and caring people. Our family has used there services for many years and they have always done a fantastic job during our time of grief.

I have to clarify the false review above. The reviewer from "Home Care by Angel's " placed an order through a THIRD party website offered as a service to customers who are reading an obituary. There is no sham involved. It's a link that directs orders to a rotating list of florists. This particular order was received 15 minutes before the family was expected to arrive at the service. Most funeral homes require all orders to be delivered 3 to 4 hours before hand. We agreed to fill this order and deliver within minutes. As the arrangement in the first photo is not ours and we had to use the product available to us in a short amount of time, it was not designed exactly like the photo. The sunflower had just arrived and was not fully open. But normally opens within a couple hours. There IS a disclaimer which clearly states substitutions can be made. After delivering, I received a call stating he was embarrassed at how awful it was. We explained the above-mentioned and also that we went ab
