The family of Harlan Worden would like to thank the staff at Crandall Funeral Home for being so understanding and patient of our requests pertaining to our loved one. We were treated kindly and with respect. Their price was a bit high but it was worth it.
The staff was very respectful to what needed to be done. Rick helped us through the process with grace and compassion. Thank you.
I would recommend Crandall Funeral Home as they really helped me out when I needed it most. I really appreciate all their help and kindness during my unexpected need for their services.

Tyra and her colleagues are very professional and caring people. I highly recommend them when in need of funeral services for a loved one.
Very professional and kind people. We had lots of questions when my brother passed away, and all the staff gave us lots of information that helped us make decisions. My family and I had a very good experience throughout the whole process (before, during viewing at the funeral home, funeral at the church, and at the gravesite). Thank you again. Hopefully we will not need your business again soon, but if/when we do, we will come back!

Vivian was wonderful, she is so respectful, concerning, passionate, and very patient. Vivian made sure all paperwork was completed with the insurance policy. I called numerous times and Vivian stated no worries she understood. Losing a loved one especially your mother is hard enough to deal with, but with all the help from Vivian she made the process so much easier. The family wanted to be together for prayer the day cremation took place and Vivian kept her promise to inform the day and time and for that she was much appreciated. Vivian I thank you so much during this difficult time. God Bless
Great funeral home they treat the deceased and the family with compassion kindness and respect very dignified
Zero upsell, zero hassle. But still had good customer service and were communicative and helpful. But there was not one mention of would you like to add this or wouldnt your loved one want& The whole experience was dignified and logical/practical. Also, so much less expensive than a funeral home. And in general, all the options (urn, etc) were pretty inexpensive by comparison. They also had some interesting options for my wifes ashes if I chose to do them (again, my choice, no one pushed them because the actual ordering was all online). Highly recommend.

I like to look at and read the old grave markers
Nice cemetery being well cared for. Thank you for this. Maybe plant some more trees.
I need to give a 5 star review for Aaron Powell at the Evanston Cemetery. My mother had been buried for 5+ years when I realized a death date had not been put on her grave stone. I was living in another state and Aaron helped me with the number of who to call to do the job and then after it was complete, he not only called to let me know, he took and picture and sent it to me. Thank you Aaron!

Roland made every step of an impossibly difficult process possible.
My father passed recently, and he was the first in our immediate family to do so. My mother had no idea what to do, but thankfully our local police department recommended Roland Weis of Evanston Funeral & Cremation. Roland was extremely helpful in navigating and advising in the complexities of when a family member passes away. I'd recommend him to anyone dealing with this challenging time in life. He made a difficult situation as painless as possible
Great service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
