Bustard's is an institution in Casper, for a reason. They are the best! This time our funeral director was Veronica. We were impressed with her perfessionalism and kindness. She was so attentive and receptive to our needs. Highly reccomend!

Bustard's is new and improved. They seem compassionate instead of trying to get the most money they can. They really cared about our concerns and questions. Bustards has taken care of my Brother's, Dad and nephews and now my mom's funeral services. I really like the memorial video part of the service. In the past we were only allowed to submit 15 photos for the video and Bustards would do the video. Now we have the control and can submit as many photos we want. I am sure the advancement in technology had something to do with it. The video we were able to put together for my mom was exceptional We received a lot of good comments and it meant so much.

It's difficult to put into words how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by Bustard's during my grandmother's funeral. This is the 5th funeral I have had the honor of organizing. This time I lived 500 miles away. My 57 year old sister passed unexpectedly in her sleep. NewComer was recommended by her best friend and it was within walking distance for her only heir, a son. I have a different view of funerals/memorials than most. I make every effort to make sure everyone has an opportunity to grieve in a way most meaningful to them. Mindi was embalmed, NewComer made changes to her appearance in accordance to the wishes of her best friend. We had the flowers delivered to NewComer. NewComer found a phone number for us for the Church we wanted to use, [we tried for 2 weeks]. Some wanted memory lockets, pouches, etc. of Mindi's ashes and NewComer even accommodated the blending of Mindi's ashes with those of her partner so they could be scattered together. Next NewComer mailed the ashes to AZ so our daughter can spread them on a beach in Mexico, on her next trip. All of this happened in a timely manner.

Im so unbelievably grateful for the service Angel Companions provides. They didnt rush my goodbye when they came to retrieve him and waited until my other dog was done with her goodbye as well. They were also very fast I received my boy back in three days.

I'm reviewing a cemetery which is a little weird, and my star rating says "I love it" which is also a little odd, but this seems like a good one. It's quiet, it looks to be well maintained, and it's outside town far enough that you really feel like you've gotten away from it all. Can't ask much more than that.

My husband and I live in IL and while on vacation in Casper we wanted to visit his mothers grave. She has been buried there for over 30 years and doesn't have a stone or plaque marking her grave so it wasn't easy to locate. The staff were so accommodating and helpful even though we were there outside of their normal office hours. We were so grateful that they were so willing to go out of their way! The grounds were beautiful and well kept and it was a very peaceful and comforting to see the care given to maintenance!
