I cannot express enough gratitude for how professional and caring the staff was during the pickup of my mother in law. They treated her with dignity and showed our family so much compassion. Merissa, was truly outstanding. She was calm, concise, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Her competence and reassurance made an overwhelming situation feel much more manageable. We are very thankful for the kindness, respect, and professionalism shown to our family. Highly recommend their services.

Premier Funeral Services was an excellent choice for our familys needs. Jennifer was our funeral director and she was very helpful, patient, and compassionate the whole way through. I would definitely recommend them.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs. She explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions and responded to our messages quickly. She made this process, at such a difficult time, as easy as possible for us. We really appreciated all she did for us. We did have an unpleasant experience - when we went to Premier to pay and pick up our moms ashes there was another lady from Premier there helping a mother and daughter. She clearly saw me and my husband waiting since we were standing by the Welcome sign in the lobby, but she never acknowledged us and when she finishing up with her clients she just left and didnt return. We waited there about 10-15 minutes but she still didnt come back even though she saw us there waiting. I finally called Premier to let them know we were waiting in the lobby to pay and pick up the ashes. Jennifer came out, she was so gracious and just so lovely, unlike the other older lady. That experience with the older lady was the

My family recently retained Goff Mortuary to handle the final services for a deceased family member. In those difficult times it turned out to be the finest decision we could have possibly made. Tracy Sargent and the Entire Staff handled things with the utmost care, kindness and respect. They went above and beyond to make the entire process so much more meaningful. I cannot be more grateful for the job that they done. I recommend everyone to Goff Mortuary !!

Goff did a FANTASTIC job with our most recent funeral. Our mother looked beautiful, one of the best viewings I've ever seen. Because we were arranging her funeral from out of state they helped with so many details like dressing, flowers, sound, and more that we just couldn't do adequately from out of town. Their event room is tastefully decorated and quite large. Their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn't be more grateful for their tireless help during this stressful mourning time for our family.

Thank you Chad and staff for helping our family through a very difficult time of losing a dear loved one. Your kindness, compassion and integrity was much needed when a bitter family member attempted false claims. Not an easy task. Blessings and prayers.
