I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Michael for his kindness, generosity, and diligence during such a difficult time. Losing a loved one is never easy, and neither is the process of making final arrangements but Michael made it so much more bearable. From the very beginning, he was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly thorough. He guided me through each step with patience and care, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and respectfully. Michaels professionalism and empathy truly stood out, and his willingness to help us financially was both generous and deeply appreciated. To Michael and the entire Kent & Pelczar team, thank you for going above and beyond for my family. Your support and understanding made all the difference.

When my father passed away I was looking for a local cremation service. What I came across were organizations that were not paying attention to details early in the process and not truly empathetic. Our amazing hospice nurse mentioned Kent and Pelczar and I reached out. From the start my interactions with the team were kind, caring and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Pelczar and Judi Tasker, both respectful of my dad and me and so supportive of our needs. They were well organized and able to answer my many questions. When I realized a mis-type in the obituary I wrote, it took them less than 5 minutes to make the change on-line. I am sorry if you are in a position that you need their services, but if you do, Kent and Pelczar are the best in Southern New Hampshire.

My father passed away unexpectedly last week. He moved up to NH a few years back and while I was up there for his passing I was working on his arrangements from home in NJ while planning another trip up. I was heartbroken and stressed not knowing the area or who to call and Im happy I called Kent & Pelczar, Michael was wonderful. He had constant communication with me and I am beyond grateful for his service during a time like this. If I could give him more stars on this I would. He deserves a million. Thank you Michael for everything.
