Wonderful and caring people. They made everything easy to deal with. Also, not going through a vet to arrange creamation for my cat saved me money.

I did not take my pet here. I only called to ask about services. But the people were nice and they don't do euthanizations.

We had to say goodbye to our almost 15 year old dog Diva. We really didnt want to put her through the stress of bringing her anywhere so at the recommendation of a friend I called Journeys End. It was the best experience we could have hoped for given the circumstances. Dr. Sernik was kind, compassionate and made sure to not rush a moment of the process giving my family all the time we needed with my sweet girl. Her passing was peaceful and free of pain, something her old bones hadnt known for a while even with all the pain meds we could give. I am forever grateful to Dr. Sernik.

Journeys End made a very difficult time easier. The grief of loosing a pet is real and Dr. Sharon was very understanding. I am so grateful that we had her to help us end our beloved dogs suffering. She did not rush us and she made sure we had adequate time. She answered all questions and was very responsive via phone. She is also extremely thoughtful and even sent us something following his passing. Rest in peace Otis.

I highly recommend them. The vet was compassionate, helpful, skilled and helped facilitate a dignified and painless goodbye to our dog. She gave us privacy during difficult moments. When it was all done, she even made ink paw prints, a clay paw print and gave us books about grief. Although the experience sucked, she made it as easy and as comforting as possible.

Suitable, but dated. Parking is limited and off a busy corner of DWH.

I was so impressed with The funeral Director Richard Stopyra. He and his crew did such a great job with everything. This is a very sad time for my family and the way Rivets handled all the complexities of arranging a service/obituary/ etc. Thank you O from The Peterson family.
