Today we held a small service for my grandpa which was extremely hard for our family due to the fact he was the main piece to our puzzle. Danielle was absolutely amazing and so comforting to anyone who needed it. She was so kind, loving, and so professional. They did such a good job with getting him ready and he looked so handsome. This was such a hard time for us, and the staff was just so empathetic and thoughtful. Coby was the absolute best to work with. He was on top of every task, great with communication, and always willing to accommodate our requests. He was very informative and kind. I called him dozens of times, and he was always there to answer every question. We met Kenzie towards the end, and she was also amazing. She was so sweet in taking care of my little sister who passed. You could tell that she really cared and felt sad for what we were going through. Wendy was also so great to work with. Dahl Funeral Chapel made the process of final arrangements as smooth as anyone can imagine. They were professional and very thorough. We could never thank them enough at this terrible time and for all their guidance.

Especially with as hard as it is to deal with a mortuary already. youve turned a horrible experience at the west end location with Angela into a positive one, and I thank you for that! Maybe the west end can get some training or pointers from you on how to properly handle customer service. Bravo!

I am so impressed. Our dog passed away on a Friday evening. I frantically called and left a message fully expecting to not hear back until Saturday or even Monday. Zack contacted me back the same evening well after business hours and we were able to come up with a time for drop off the next morning (he also offered to come and pick up my dog). The prices are reasonable and he makes the urns from scratch which is so special. I would highly recommend this business!!! Thank you for making a stressful and sad situation a little more manageable.

I was extremely heartbroken after losing my fur baby. (I think his name was Zach) He was extremely polite and helpful and I appreciate it. I was given a rainbow bridge poem/death certificate and Thor was placed in a beautiful urn from them.

Pet Passages were seriously so nice and got my little baby girl ready in three days to return home! This was my first loss with a fur baby and they were so compassionate. They did such a beautiful job on everything I received back. I recommend Pet Passages for anyone who has lost their fur baby. They have beautiful things to choose from. I got to pick out a beautiful urn even had her name on it a necklace with her ashes in it paw and nose prints her fur and picture frame with her name on and a pink heart that I can plant in the spring time. Thank you again for all you do it truly means so much to me!
