Colleen what a STAR! You deserve a raise. Youre compassionate, understanding and helpful.. Especially with as hard as it is to deal with a mortuary already. youve turned a horrible experience at the west end location with Angela into a positive one, and I thank you for that! Maybe the west end can get some training or pointers from you on how to properly handle customer service. Bravo!
