Brianne was so incredibly helpful and attentive during the whole planning process, even though she had to leave the office for some prior engagements, she still answered every email and text message promptly. I don't think we would have been able to handle all this as quickly and efficiently as we did without her help. They took great care of our dearly Departed and got him home to us as quickly as possible. The primary staff member who handled our situation, Haley, was incredibly good at keeping us in the loop, organized, thoughtful, and supportive.
