Pritts Funeral did a wonderful job caring for our loved one when my beautiful wife passed away. It was a very difficult time and the staff made the process easier. Our director Irvin was wonderful throughout a most difficult time. He was kind and caring, and compassionate but also professional in the sense that he made the whole thing easy to navigate for my family and myself. The way in which he handled the many flowers that my wife received was of particular comfort to us as she loved flowers. We highly recommend Pritts Funeral Home and would like to thank Irvin and the rest of their staff for their services.
I initially spoke with Mark and he was very helpful in arranging the transport of my mother across state lines. Not only was he on top of it, he very kindly called to let me know he was on his way to get her himself which gave a small bit of comfort. Upon arriving at the funeral home to make arrangements, we were working with Irvin. Within a few minutes of being with him, it was clear that he was a very warm and genuine person. Pritts is very lucky to have Irvin on their team. He was thorough and calming throughout the entire process. He was easy to reach when we had questions and no detail was missed. Going through the loss of a family member is extremely difficult, but having someone like Irvin to help organize everything made things a little bit easier. Even Kevin who was the doorman in the evening during the viewing was very professional and kind. Pritts is a very special funeral home and in such a lovely building and location. I know our mother would be thankful.
Staff were so helpful and accommodating. They really go the extra mile to make a difficult moment as smooth and easy as possible. The facility is beautiful, the staff amazing

The team here was so incredibly compassionate and caring. From coming out in the middle of the night to pick up my mom to being so thoughtful about her presentation when I see her for the last time. Stephanie was wonderful and the whole heart wrenching experience was so much easier because of the caring people at Meyers durboraw! I sincerely thank you.
They did a wonderful job. My mom makeup and hair were done beautifully. The service was very nice. Everyone there was helpful and continued to asked if there was anything I needed. They continued to stay in contact after the funeral to see if I needed anything. Thank you for a beautiful service for my mom.
The owner Jim and Chris are amazing, i was having a hard time wrapping my head around loosing my dad and everything i needed to do as this was the first time I've had to go through this. I called them, they went and picked up my dad from the hospital, and i was there a few hours later meeting with Chris to get everything taken care of, I would 100% use them again, i hope i don't need to, but if i do, i know who i will be using. The service was great, plenty of room for a good bit of people, we have a large family. The set up was beautiful. Thank you again Chris and Jim!

I have been to Fletchers many times and each time I feel incredible compassion and professionalism from every member starting at the top with Dale. Thank you for your years of service to our community and my family.
My husband Dan passed on May 16th and The Fletcher family made this a comfortable, professional, and compassionate time for our family. We cant thank them enough for all they did for us. Going above and beyond. Wife Susan, brothers Larry and Steve and family
My family has used Fletcher Funeral Home services for many years. Dale, Tom and the entire staff always make sure that your loved one is taken care of in a compassionate and respectful manner. They lend their expertise in the entire funeral process from pre- planning a funeral, to explaining all the options available. They are like an extended family to us and we feel blessed to know them. We recently had to call upon them the day after Christmas due to the death of my mother-in-law. Needless to say, they responded immediately and put into motion her final wishes that were pre-planned. Thank you to everyone at Fletchers!

I was very pleased with the compassionate and professional service provided by the staff during such a difficult time. They were so understanding ! I would definitely recommend them.
If I could give more stars than a five I would! Everyone was so compassionate, organized, communicative, prompt and adept. I was most impressed with how Ms. Yvonne initiated the process to get my dad buried at Arlington National Cemetery. I was feeling overwhelmed and it was such a relief that she took the initiative to do this. Dealing with a loss is a lot to deal with and using Tranquil Lilly Funeral Services felt like a support.
