Professional courteous staff, respectful empathetic and compassionate at a difficult time for the family. They did a beautiful job with our loved one.
The organization is A-1 and so very attentive.
I cannot say enough good things about John Reitz and Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes. I am not local but had the task of burying my very dear family member. Mr. Reitz was professional, responsive, consoling, and most helpful. He listened to what we wanted and worked miracles to make everything fit into our very tight time frame. All along the way, he was compasionate and understanding. I highly recommend Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes and John Reitz in particular. Thank you, Sir, for your service and dedication to our family.

I've been to many of their services. They are exceptionally good at what they do, and are one of the best funeral homes in the area. I cannot think of another funeral home who shows the level of care, devotion, and commitment to their families in Maryland.
My husband died on May 24th this year. The staff there was incredible. Very caring. Especially Wendy and Jackie. They even helped me with the insurance company.
I recently experienced the unexpected loss of my mother, and I cannot thank Stauffer Funeral Home enough for the care and compassion they showed me during such a difficult time. With no funeral home in mind and feeling completely unprepared, they were referred to me by the police officer who arrived to handle my moms passing. From the moment the officer contacted them, Stauffer was there for me, taking care of every detail and providing constant communication. My mother was cremated this morning, and I had the opportunity to say goodbye one last time and even witness the cremation process. Every person I encountered at Stauffer was warm, professional, and comforting. I would like to give a special thanks to Kelly, who took care of me throughout the entire process. Her kindness, support, and empathy were truly remarkable, and I felt cared for every step of the way. Losing a loved one is never easy, and although I knew this day would eventually come, nothing could have prepared me for
