Angela helped me and my brother when we had no where else to turn. My father was taken care of quickly with short notice and handled with care and communication each step of the way. This was a completely new process for us to navigate on sudden circumstances and I couldn't have done it without the kindness and knowledge Angela offered.

AJ was very helpful throughout the entire process. We had no issues, and I want to thank him and the team for being efficient and ensuring a smooth transaction. The team was also very responsive and guided us from beginning to end.

My father passed away suddenly and we were out of state. I never had to put together funeral arrangements before, so I was going in blind. My Rockville family recommended a different funeral home, but when I called, I didnt get a good feeling. A close family friend recommended Cole Funeral Services, so I called them and got a much better vibe. Not only was AJ friendly, but he demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. That was especially critical because we had to transport my deceased father out of state. AJ held my hand through the entire process. He brought such stability to a very somber and chaotic situation. That in itself is such a blessing. Not to mention, we felt that the pricing was very reasonable. We also appreciated we never felt pressure to add extra expenses. I would definitely recommend AJ & Cole Funeral Services! We plan to be repeat customers for sure

We lost our beloved Joshua Jan 28 2026 He was 18 . We were so lost . But Forever Faithful Pet Cremation Services was beyond exceptional. Marcos took care of us . The unbelievable empathy and compassion he showed made us feel so much better . He took his time with us . Even though we were in so much grief, he showed us he cared . That meant so much to us . I have had our Cats Shelby, Abby and Toby, and as of October 2025 my dog Bingo and at Going Home my youngest daughter cremated with Going Home and Forever Faithful. And just yesterday our 16 year old Cat Sammy at Woodbine. These folks at Rockville and Woodbine are considerate, helpful and respectful of the family and their loved ones both pets and humans alike. I express concerns each time about receiving my pet and not someone elses but have been assured as to their procedure. I feel comfortable I am getting my little one. If I didnt trust somewhat, I certainly would not have left the remains of my daughter under their care. I would recommend both locations highly as now I have had experience with both. Thank you Marcus for suggesting Woodbine being closer to my daughter n Mt Airy. What a great and thoughtful staff. We pick up our Sammy today. I am sincerely grateful, Joann Ilgenfritz
