After experiencing the worst experience with a different funeral home, our family switched to Parthemore. Everyone here was sincere in their condolences & helpful in planning a beautiful service. Ashley went above & beyond! A funeral is not an easy, pleasant event to plan, but she eased much of the burden
They were so kind and patient through the whole process. They came to our home really quickly after calling them. They allowed us to say goodbye before cremation. The male was great at explaining costs and what was necessary for the process. They also give a 30 day grace period which was tremendously helpful for us we live paycheck to paycheck and it took us awhile to process life insurance policies. I loved that the one guy has a dog he helps train as support animals it definitely was nice to see a puppy after saying goodbye to a loved one. Thank you so much for all you guys did.
Compassionate, caring, professional and awesome staff. Made to feel as though we were their only customers. Every effort was made to accommodate our needs. Tank's attendance at the memorial service was appreciated. Thank you.
