They were professional and supportive to our family prior to and during the funeral. We were fortunate to have worked with this team and we are grateful for the countless ways they helped us through a very difficult time. We dont know much about the Chinese traditions and they were very helpful with that.

I seldom write reviews, but felt I must for Wah Wing Sang Funeral Home because of how much my family and I appreciated them when my mother passed. During this difficult time, the funeral director and his brother handled everything for us. They were kind, understanding, and responsive, even when I called several times in the middle of the night and had no clue about Chinese funeral traditions. They were accommodating and provided gentle guidance and assistance, from explaining Chinese funeral customs and presenting options for the funeral. With the loss of our beloved mother, our emotions were in turmoil so cost was far from our minds, but Wah Wing Sang offered us a very reasonable traditional Chinese funeral package. Everything was spelled out, and we were not pressured on what to select. My mother spoke only Chinese, my generation was not fluent, and our kids and grandkids understood little to no Chinese. The Team at Andrett Funeral Home are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy! They take the time to listen to you and assist you during very difficult moments. They go above and beyond to make sure your requests are carried out in the way you want them. They made themselves available to answer questions and walk me through certain steps I was not familiar with. Each member of the team was so kind when I called and I always felt I received extra TLC! This funeral home provided an amazing experience during one of the hardest times of my life. Keila was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive, even with many last-minute changes -she handled everything without hesitation and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. The ceremony was beautiful, and the military honors for my husband, who served in the Navy, including taps and the folding of the flag, were deeply moving. Keila also arranged a Zoom call just for my sister who couldnt attend, which meant so much to our family. Everything was handled with dignity, care, and genuine kindness. When my aunt passed suddenly the afternoon before Thanksgiving, I had no idea what to do. Joel picked up the phone and walked me through each step related to cremation patiently and thoroughly. He checked in when he said he would, and everyone I interacted with was so helpful and clear. They handled all the details with great care and consideration. Last week I got the worse call ever my sissy/cousin passed, I was devastated confused and lost, I live in Jersey and my family member lived in New York. I called so many different places in NY and was not satisfy with the way I was treated. Then I called here, wow!! The first 5 seconds of my conversation with Jennifer I knew this was the place. She was so kind and mostly so understanding and made me feel so much better she explained everything step by step, took all my calls and if she wasnt available at the time , I would leave a Message and she would call me back immediately to answer all my questions and concerns. I couldnt have picked a better place for my sissy/ cousin to be handled to be laid to rest peacefully. As she deserved . Thank you guys so much. Perazzo Funeral Home is amazing. Theresa handled my husbands cremation service back in 2020 during the height of COVID. I remember her being very kind, professional and extremely efficient. Fast forward to more than 4 years now, I needed some important documents from the funeral home for my lawyer, so I called. She picked up the call very timely and after introducing myself, she told me she remembered me and asked me how I was doing. I felt her sincerity and genuine empathy and I am very thankful for her for all that she has done for me. I told her what I needed and she told me to give her an hour, not a day or some vague timeframe, an hour AND the amazing thing is & she emailed me the documents within 20 minutes!!! The world needs more kind souls like Theresa. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Theresa!

Highly recommend! Theresa was polite, respectful, and had a soothing way about her from my first phone call when I was shopping around. She was understanding and made me feel welcome to come back. She was prompt with her responses and patient with us as we had decisions to make. She was the lowest cost in the area with highest quality service. I liked how she included everything in her price. I would recommend Century Direct Funeral Home Services again and again due to Theresa Ventimiglia. She is the real deal. Genuinely compassionate. Very adept and intelligent. I would not be surprised if she was the valedictorian of her class. One of the things I most appreciated about Theresa was her excellent communication skills. She explained things so well. Very thorough. The details meant a lot! I found her to be such a comfort and a calm to the storm of my emotions and feeling overwhelmed at the sudden loss of my father. My father was living in NY, and I had to go back to Virginia where I live. Due to Covid-19 and to avoid exposure meeting her at the funeral home, Theresa said she could instead meet me at my hotel (45 minutes away guesstimate), to handle the paper work. I lost my Mother about seven years ago and called Crestwood Company. Peter the owner answered the phone directly. One can imagine the mental state you go into when you lose a loved one. When you hear someone on the other side of the line just say five simple words "We got it from here." And they show up so quickly and prepared. Your mind and emotions have an immediate sense of support. You can take a sigh of relief and know you're not alone, you have a team of support behind you. The rest of the arrangements went on easy and without any problem. Why do I tell you this short story? because I recently lost my father. Without hesitation Crestwood was my first phone call.
