I'm in mourning right now. I have talked 6 family members into using Bella Vida. A son, mom, dad, brother in law, sister in law and husband. I told my stories of other places and got no argument. Several years ago we pre-planned my husband and my services. It was very easy and though no one wants to think about the end of life, when the time comes, the brain has a tendency to slow down. I didn't want our children to have to deal with too much. When LeRoy passed, Bowmans night ghost was so very respectful and gentle with us. Then we worked with Lori to plan the military service. She took care of so many little details that we could check off our lists. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They did a good job for me, with the recent passing of my wife. Might of preferred more communication relative to exactly which day my wife would be cremated, but beyond that, no complaints.

I never imagined such a peaceful and uncomplicated event. David is amazing at putting people at ease and he runs his business in the same manner. My parents bought a cremation package a couple years ago, recently my mom passed and with one phone call everything was put into place and handled professionally and promptly. We had lost our family dog of 13 yrs and a couple weeks later lost one of our baby reindeer. It was a very difficult month and we were nervous to let anyone cremate them. Wed called Never Forgotten and even over the phone we knew it was the right place. From start to finish they were so kind and Ive never seen somebody care for remains the way they do. They went above and beyond to show our loved ones the respect and care they deserved. We cant thank them enough! They have multiple packages to choose from with different prices for all ranges. We were even able to order a couple momentous including paw print photos. We were from out of town and they were fantastic at working with us on pickup times. Wed recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

I had to cremate my best friend Figgy today. I decided that I wanted a viewing and I wanted to be with him one last time. The staff was so compassionate, kind, understanding and respectful towards me and my cat in every way. I was able to find a little bit more closure today because I was able to be there with my baby and because I saw that he was in good hands. After about 2 hours I was able to take my baby home with me in a beautiful urn. Thank you guys for taking great care of me and my baby!

Ive used West Coast Pet Crematorium servoces a couple of times, and I cant say enough about the care and compassion they provide. Michael was absolutely amazingpatient, kind, and willing to take the time to explain every step of the process. He made an almost unbearable situation feel manageable through his understanding and support. I deeply appreciate the respectful and gentle way they handled my dogs, allowing for a peaceful and dignified transition. Im incredibly grateful to Michael and the entire staff.
