I had to cremate my best friend Figgy today. I decided that I wanted a viewing and I wanted to be with him one last time. The staff was so compassionate, kind, understanding and respectful towards me and my cat in every way. I was able to find a little bit more closure today because I was able to be there with my baby and because I saw that he was in good hands. After about 2 hours I was able to take my baby home with me in a beautiful urn. Thank you guys for taking great care of me and my baby!

Ive used West Coast Pet Crematorium servoces a couple of times, and I cant say enough about the care and compassion they provide. Michael was absolutely amazingpatient, kind, and willing to take the time to explain every step of the process. He made an almost unbearable situation feel manageable through his understanding and support. I deeply appreciate the respectful and gentle way they handled my dogs, allowing for a peaceful and dignified transition. Im incredibly grateful to Michael and the entire staff. The quality of service was exceptional, and everything turned out exactly as expectedperfect. Highly recommend.
