I cannot thank the staff at Divinity Urns enough. I ordered an Urn in hopes of getting it in time for my Dads memorial. 5 minutes after the order was placed we received a call saying it was not going to be overnighted as I had hoped. We were ready to cancel the order. Your team let my sister know that they would ask around and maybe someone could drive it to the Fed Ex location. The Fed Ex location was over an hour away so we were a little disappointed knowing it was too late. 10 minutes goes by and another phone call. Your amazing Staff were driving the Urn to the Fed Ex store as they knew how important this was to me and my family. I cannot thank the staff enough for making this happen. The Urn arrived today and it is perfect. My Dad was a huge sports fan and grew up playing a game he loved so much- softball. He would be honored knowing his ashes will be kept in this Urn.

My daughter's Dad passed and he was a Florida Gators fan. We live in Alabama so it was kinda his unique thing. I wanted to get him an urn that fit him but Florida Gators apparently aren't as popular as the other teams so I reached out to the company for help. They emailed me back right away that they could fulfill my request although it may take a day or so longer. I placed my order on 2/2 and it was here by 2/9. I was very pleased with my purchase. If ever I am in a situation in which I have to purchase another urn I will definitely use Memorials4u.
