Thank you so very much for everything the Hendersons Funeral Family has done for my family. Through every so called mistake (GOD moved) they were professional. They truly made our Grandmother look absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Moses and Ja'Vaci were so helpful and courteous and Ryan was amazing through all preparation. Thank you again for everything.

Ryan, Quanda, Moses and the entire staff are extremely polished and professional. I am glad to see that somebody is continuing the legacy of afterlife services where Donna and Walt left off. They were very dear to my mother who worked for another large funeral service in the area , and we're always very pleasant to work with. Since my mother is no longer servicing families , I would not have a problem , allowing Ryan and staff to care for me.

We are using Hamiltons Lyon St. location for my stepdads services, which included transporting his body from another state. They have been nothing short of amazing throughout. Responsive, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable&all the things that make a rough time a little easier. I highly recommend.

HAMILTONS NEAR HIGHLAND MEMORY GARDENS WAS VERY CONVIENT A YEAR AGO WHEN MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY. ALL THE STAFF WERE SO KIND AND VERY HELPFUL TO MY SONS AND I. Blair and Alex were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond when my brother passed away unexpectedly. They handled my brother with care and respect. They were a great resource for my family to lean on doing this terrible time. Blair, Alex, and their team helped make the process as seamless as possible.

Seth Williams is our saving angel; he guided us though all the funeral arrangements with ease, respect, kindness, competence and complete professionalism. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want and was accommodating to our wishes. We were 100% satisfied with his services and recommend him to anyone needing funeral services.

Iles took final care of both my Mother and Father. Everyone frome Iles was always kind ,friendly and professional . Unfortunately cost is significant part for most i would think like myself .My parents services was three years a part and pricing did not change a lot.

I choose Iles Granview to handle my late husbands arrangements. Both his parents had used lles so it was an easy choice. The young man that 1st met with my family was nothing short of amazing. Cordial, kind, thorough and showed true warmth and respect in all aspects.They asked guests to sign in on an iPad and to my amazement printed address labels for thank yous and return address for me. Such a time saver and made the daunting task go quite smoothly. They reprinted note cards as needed. The Grandview Home was near us and email communications were promptly taken care of. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend.

He director was readily available to us, and he had some good ideas about finding what we needd for the ashes. They weere punctual about coming to the church where our service was, and they were efficient and professional. They had information I needed at the time, and they aare still available to me if I need additional infformation.

We recently entrusted Iles Westover Funeral Home with our daughters arrangements, and they provided outstanding service during an incredibly difficult time. My family used Hamilton's after my Grandma passed. She unfortunately passed during the holidays, and the staff was attentive and caring to us the whole time. My Grandma's arrangements were pre-planned, and the whole process was stress-free and allowed us to focus on what really matteredgrieving and being with family. Our family has used Ryan several times in the last decade for cremation services. Both pet cremation and family cremations. He is always timely, professional follows up and completes what he says. He comes from a long family line of funeral directors, and you will instantly know his passion is genuine. His demeanor is always well received, especially when its the emotional time...the times that matters most. We highly recommend Ryan and can't say enough good genuine things about him and all his services.

After reading reviews of several pet crematory services in the DSM area, I chose Pet Cremation Iowa. I was SO nervous and grief hit me hard - this was my doggie of 13 years. I dropped off in Baxter but was able to pick up in Des Moines. From start to finish, everyone was respectful, quiet, thoughtful, and kind. They held her as delicately as I did, asked if I wanted a towel returned so I had choices and knew what to expect, and seemed grief-informed. I know Ill return with my second older dog when its time. The cost was about $200 for my small dog, which was more cost-effective than other area services (but I would have paid a million dollars if I had to&). I really appreciated every aspect of this service and would recommend to others. I feel confident that I got my own dog back from private cremation.

This place was top notch when it came to our family they did a amazing job accommodating a larger crowd then we had anticipated they made our loved one look like he was just asleep I couldn't have ask for anything more then what they did 100 percent recommend

Simplify funeral home was so kind and gracious to me and walked me through the whole process of grief and a very difficult time. The price was very reasonable especially with no insurance to help cover the cost. And they did a very little special request that I asked of them concerning my son and it truly meant a lot to me. Also after 3 weeks of my sons passing they are still reaching out to me to check on me and my family and see if there is anything they can do to make this time easier for me.
