Very friendly and helpful with news paper, picking urns. Not pushy on trying to make a sale. I will use them again when needed.
Trimble Funeral Home is so pleasant to work with in your time of grief. Highly recommended.
He handled everything, put my mind at ease. Let me focus on dealing with the other parts of the unfortunate parts of death. He handled the prepaid part of the cremation part my mom bought in Seattle so wouldn't have to. He put my mind at ease, he took care of everything, from start beyond finish, even his staff was very helpful in all matters.

Mississippi Valley Cremation made the planning so easy-to-use. Then when the time came for thier service, everything went smoothly. Planning ahead took such a load off of us at such a traumatic time.
Compassionate, empathetic, patient, and kind assistance during this difficult time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very much helped navigate every step of the way. Recommend them for sure.
The process was smooth and timely. Jeff DeRoo did a fantastic job in communicating and arranging our final plans. I had a small issue with a receptionist. I needed assistance with my loved ones belongings and she was quite irritated I didnt have an appointment. I knew they had just arrived from the hospital and asked for assistance to retrieve them. She ultimately assisted but made it very clear I should set an appointment before a future visit.
