The Team at Andrett Funeral Home are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy! They take the time to listen to you and assist you during very difficult moments. They go above and beyond to make sure your requests are carried out in the way you want them. They made themselves available to answer questions and walk me through certain steps I was not familiar with. Each member of the team was so kind when I called and I always felt I received extra TLC! Jennifer, Joel and Team, I cant thank you enough. On behalf of my uncle and my family, and myself, thank you, thank you! You helped ease the pain of a very sad experience.

From our first interaction I felt warmth and compassion when working with Jennifer. Through professionalism and kindness, Jennifer eased the burden of laying my sister to rest. Though I still mourn and grieve for my sister, I know I found the right person to help my family pay their final respects. In this time of need, I feel that gave us all great closure and comfort.

Last week I got the worse call ever my sissy/cousin passed, I was devastated confused and lost, I live in Jersey and my family member lived in New York. I called so many different places in NY and was not satisfy with the way I was treated. Then I called here, wow!! The first 5 seconds of my conversation with Jennifer I knew this was the place. She was so kind and mostly so understanding and made me feel so much better she explained everything step by step, took all my calls and if she wasnt available at the time , I would leave a Message and she would call me back immediately to answer all my questions and concerns. I couldnt have picked a better place for my sissy/ cousin to be handled to be laid to rest peacefully. As she deserved . Thank you guys so much. Perazzo Funeral Home is amazing. This was the first funeral I ever had to plan and the owner Peter and funeral director Janice were so incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process, as well as Jennifer and the rest of the staff. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the caring treatment my family and I received during our time of incredible grief. Knowing that during such a sad and stressful time the entire staff at the Greenwich Village Funeral Home were able to make the process (and my many requests) easier which gave us peace and strength.

My mother passed away on Christmas eve, and while most people are planning for their evening festivities, the team at Greenwich Village Funeral home leapt into action to ensure my mother was taken care of and we were able to spend the rest of the evening with family. I would like to give a special mention to Jennifer, who worked with us on the arrangements, and took care of every little detail.

Greenwich Village Funeral Home is the best to take care of your loved when the time comes. I had the pleasure to work with Jennifer and Joel on two different occasions. They both made the very stressful time very smooth and put me at ease. Their compassion and attention to detail is above anything you will experience. Jennifer helped me in June 2023, when my friend's mother passed and I was placed into the situation of having to take care of her funeral. She helped me through the process with an outstanding viewing and funeral. I then worked with Joel when my friend, a retired NYPD officer, passed in May 2024. He went above and beyond by calling the NYPD to have uniformed officers conduct the funeral of one of their fallen brothers. Both Jennifer and Joel have my full referral for any of your funeral needs they are the greatest!!

Theresa handled my husbands cremation service back in 2020 during the height of COVID. I remember her being very kind, professional and extremely efficient. Fast forward to more than 4 years now, I needed some important documents from the funeral home for my lawyer, so I called. She picked up the call very timely and after introducing myself, she told me she remembered me and asked me how I was doing. I felt her sincerity and genuine empathy and I am very thankful for her for all that she has done for me. I told her what I needed and she told me to give her an hour, not a day or some vague timeframe, an hour AND the amazing thing is & she emailed me the documents within 20 minutes!!! The world needs more kind souls like Theresa. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Theresa!

Highly recommend! Theresa was polite, respectful, and had a soothing way about her from my first phone call when I was shopping around. She was understanding and made me feel welcome to come back. She was prompt with her responses and patient with us as we had decisions to make. She was the lowest cost in the area with highest quality service. I liked how she included everything in her price. She was caring and honest.

I would recommend Century Direct Funeral Home Services again and again due to Theresa Ventimiglia. She is the real deal. Genuinely compassionate. Very adept and intelligent. I would not be surprised if she was the valedictorian of her class. One of the things I most appreciated about Theresa was her excellent communication skills. She explained things so well. Very thorough. The details meant a lot! I found her to be such a comfort and a calm to the storm of my emotions and feeling overwhelmed at the sudden loss of my father. My father was living in NY, and I had to go back to Virginia where I live. Due to Covid-19 and to avoid exposure meeting her at the funeral home, Theresa said she could instead meet me at my hotel (45 minutes away guesstimate), to handle the paper work. She did and was very prompt. She explained she would always answer my calls and if she did not immediately, she was likely with another client and would call me back when she was able. I lost my Mother about seven years ago and called Crestwood Company. Peter the owner answered the phone directly. One can imagine the mental state you go into when you lose a loved one. When you hear someone on the other side of the line just say five simple words "We got it from here." And they show up so quickly and prepared. Your mind and emotions have an immediate sense of support. You can take a sigh of relief and know you're not alone, you have a team of support behind you. The rest of the arrangements went on easy and without any problem. Why do I tell you this short story? because I recently lost my father. Without hesitation Crestwood was my first phone call.

ddddOOOO. In Peace, wow, what can i say. I lost my dad & had no clue & no direction as to carrying out his wishes. There was very little money & very little time. They were incredible!!!! From the 1st call to the complete end. It warmed my heart to know that there are people out there that care more than just for profit. They were patient, understanding, always in reach & went way pass the extra mile. If i could give them all a huge hug in appreciation, i would. Unfortunately, there will be another time where God will call more people home. Atleast i can confidently use In Peace to help & support me in this time & the next. Thank you to everyone. OOdd

Im sure no one is too thrilled about writing this type of review but I bet everyone is happy to write one for these guys. For a terrible situation to be in, these guys really make the worst part that much easier. Every step of the way from first phone call to the end, this team was nothing short of incredible. Everything was immediate, professional, caring, easy and economical. Im grateful to have found them even all the way from upstate NY. I hope to not be in this situation again but if I am, Im happy to know I have Inpeace to rely on. Matt and Ryan, you guys are a shining bright light during a dark time for people.
