My brother passed away in November 2023. The staff was kind and professional. Even though we were 1500 miles away they helped us and charged a fair price.
My family has used Kehls for many years. The Palmer and Wasilla locations have always been more than accommodating and considerate. They have always paid attention to the smallest detail during our time of mourning. They have also been very helpful with question I have had even months after the service. I highly recommend them.

Huge thank you to Allisa, who helped me obtain the documents needed to take my dad's remains out of the country. She was a tremendous resource and was so timely and communicative. Allisa, you are greatly appreciated!
My boyfriend had to deal with both his parent's dying within a couple months of each other and Doug and the entire team made it so much easier for him. I truly appreciate each and every member of their team and special thanks to Doug, who did all the paperwork, and to Scottie, who was our officiant, for making it such an easy process!!
Janssens went the extra distance to make sure all our arrangements were as hoped. Communication was excellent and details were covered.

We lost our sweet boy much earlier than we ever expected. When we got his ashes back from our vet, we were beyond thankful for all Passages did. Our biggest regret was not getting a tuft of his hair before the vet. We were so thankful and surprised when we opened our gift bag and saw that the perfect tuft of hair was included that captured all his coloring and fluff. Thank you Passages for doing such a beautiful and thoughtful job with our sweetest boy.
One of the worst days in my life was losing Hanzo. He wasnt just some family pet u ran around. I spent every moment with him, from camping to eating a regular meal. I always spent it with him. He was one of the closest family members to my heart. Staff made it easy as possible for me to cremate my little guy. They took good care of him which is all I ever wanted for him ever d thank you guys for this hard time. Highly recommend
This is a wonderful place where the people are truly kind and caring- in my experience. I had both of my elderly pets die a week apart and was heartbroken and they were so helpful to me.
