As a death doula, who holds home funerals & ceremonies, when it came to burying my own brother- it was such a relief to have had worked with Shanda & Cass at Alaskan Memorial Park & Mortuary. The empathy & genuine care made the deep grief during a painful time softer to endure.

I cannot say enough good things about this funeral home. My family had a very unique set of circumstances that required a great deal of coordination. Shanda was there with us every step of the way to make sure all of our needs were met. She handled our case with professional courtesy and compassion. She really went out of her way to accommodate our situation. Thank you.
