Melissa was simply amazing! From the very first phone call to when we received our sons ashes. She was able to accommodate the timeline of when we got his ashes back, due to my husband being active duty and having to leave Alaska in short notice. I would recommend this place without a shadow of a doubt! Thank you Melissa, for being so wonderful throughout the entire process! I will never forget you!

When my mom passed away in March I worked with Ken, who directed us and helped to make a difficult time go smoothly. We were great full. Then my sister Sheila passed away a couple months later and I worked with Ken and Kathy. Iwas particularly impressed with Kathy, the afro-american lady because she styled my sister's hair and presented her with beautiful makeup. We were very pleased with her work. Overall legacy provided for our family a positive, professional experinence. Thank you so much. Ps jolene and Becky are wonderful assets to the business.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name, I only spoke with him for a moment. I can honestly say, what a caring facility they operate!! My goodness! I work for a cargo place in a small town and we are all connected in one way or another. When a loved one is lost, we all feel that pain. There was a bit of confusion and the gentleman on the phone was amazingly helpful and knew exactly what I was inquiring into.

Fist of all, after reading the negative reviews here. I looked at the website and saw what services were offered. Seems as if many of you who are complaining are the ones who chose DIRECT CREMATION. Folks let me explain something to you all. DIRECT CREMATION is JUST THAT! There is no viewing or any kind of preparation of the body. The funeral home has every right to charge for services that you select! IF you wanted some kind of viewing no matter how small or for however much time. That was a service you selected and therefore can be charged a fee for. No matter the circumstances surrounding your loved ones death. Secondly, many of you are complaining about how all they want is money. Well folks, I hate to break it to you. THIS IS A BUSINESS NOT A MINISTRY OR CHARITY! When you call on a funeral home, you are obligated to pay for the services that you select. The funeral home has every right to deny your selection if you do not pay for them based on the contractual agreement t
