I have to clarify the false review above. The reviewer from "Home Care by Angel's " placed an order through a THIRD party website offered as a service to customers who are reading an obituary. There is no sham involved. It's a link that directs orders to a rotating list of florists. This particular order was received 15 minutes before the family was expected to arrive at the service. Most funeral homes require all orders to be delivered 3 to 4 hours before hand. We agreed to fill this order and deliver within minutes. As the arrangement in the first photo is not ours and we had to use the product available to us in a short amount of time, it was not designed exactly like the photo. The sunflower had just arrived and was not fully open. But normally opens within a couple hours. There IS a disclaimer which clearly states substitutions can be made.
