They walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Our 10 year old daughter passed away in February, very unexpected. It's the hardest thing I've ever gone through. Vaughan Kimes made the process so much easier, and didn't try to upsell me, even though I wanted all the extras. They went all out for our little girl, and did everything to make sure our girl was taken care of. They didn't forget about us after the funeral, either. I've gotten messages on some very hard days. They also offered us a glass dove for Christmas with her name on it. They were great to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for all you guys have done.
