Barton Family Funeral Service
Pricing & details updated October 2026
I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with The Barton Family Funeral Service. My mother passed away and I needed to have her shipped from WA to SLC where she was to be buried. From the moment Andrew came to get my mom I knew we were in kind and competent hands. I have worked with other funeral homes and have felt stressed by the decisions and costs. The Barton family made it abundantly clear that they were just there to help me do whatever our family wanted. Their concern was authentic. Angela helped us make all the arrangements and was so personable and caring. In the end, the cost was significantly lower than the funeral home in SLC who did far less. I would give them 10 stars (if possible) and my highest recommendation. They made a difficult situation as positive as possible.
I had a wonderful experience working with Brandie at Barton Family Funeral Home. Everyone on their staff were very clear in their communications, prompt in answering questions, friendly and caring. I can't recommend them enough.
Brandie and Angela were extremely helpful in several situations. I truly appreciated their level of communication and I thought the pricing was extremely reasonable. Thank you Barton Family O

Frequently Asked Questions About Barton Family Funeral Service
How much does direct cremation cost at Barton Family Funeral Service?
Barton Family Funeral Service lists direct cremation from $995 in Kirkland, Washington. That is a listed starting price, not a quote. Ask for a written, itemized price list before paying — any funeral provider must give you one on request under the FTC Funeral Rule.
What cremation packages does Barton Family Funeral Service list prices for?
Barton Family Funeral Service publishes starting prices for direct cremation from $995, cremation with a memorial service from $4,165 and a full-service funeral with cremation from $6,790. What each package includes varies between providers, so ask for an itemized list of exactly what is and is not covered before comparing those figures with anyone else’s.
How is Barton Family Funeral Service rated?
Barton Family Funeral Service is rated 4.3 out of 5 from 28 reviews. That rating and review count come from the provider’s public Google listing, not from Local Cremation Guide. A rating says nothing about price, so compare quotes as well as reviews.
Where is Barton Family Funeral Service located?
Barton Family Funeral Service is at 11630 Slater Ave NE #1a, Kirkland, WA 98034, and we list them under Kirkland, Washington. Cremation providers often collect from surrounding towns, hospitals and hospices as well, but coverage and any mileage charge vary — ask Barton Family Funeral Service whether they serve your address and what transportation is included in the price.
How do I get an itemized quote from Barton Family Funeral Service?
Call Barton Family Funeral Service at +1 425-823-1900 and ask for their General Price List. Under the FTC Funeral Rule, any funeral provider must give you an itemized price list on request and must quote prices over the phone. Line the same items up across providers — the cremation fee, transportation, the basic container, filing the death certificate and certified copies — so you are comparing like with like.
