Heather is very informative, polite, helpful and provided great customer service throughout the entire process of getting my father cremated. She also made sure to protect his rights and ensured my siblings and I had and received everything we needed being that we live in a different state. I was very nervous and scared to trust during this transition. I am very grateful and appreciative of Heather and the team for teaching me something new.
