In the fog of grief I failed to think about leaving a review for the kind, professional services we received during the worst days of our lives from Heritage Funeral Services. It was April 2020. Covid-19 was preventing all funerals. It was surreal not being able to have family members and friends surrounding us. John Saville understood how difficult this was for us. He was so gentle and kind. He helped us plan our son's graveside service. He made sure there would be an adequate sound system for us to play a very special song that meant so much to our son when he was going through multiple brain surgeries several years ago. He encouraged me to make the service as personal as I could. My husband and I were in a blur that day. John kept counting heads. He told us he stopped counting at 150. He knew that it would mean so much to us to know so many people had come dispite Covid. He's still more than willing to help us as we are finalizing a headstone. Parents had pre-arrangements done from out of town and they were honored at what they paid 25 years ago. I only had to sign some papers. Very easy to do direct cremations.

I made my pre arrangement and Bobby Harrison was so courteous and made my experience great..thank you so much to mr.Harrison, D Hull such a great experience..Would recommend them to anyone..
