A Better Cremation

Neal Wong was an absolute joy during an incredibly difficult time. My father passed away over a weekend, and despite that, Neal had an answering service and contacted me almost immediately after being notified. When I spoke with him, he expressed his condolences with such genuine compassion �  it truly meant so much to us. We were looking for more affordable options, and Neal handled that conversation with grace and understanding. Not only was he kind and respectful, but his services were also $1,000 less than other places we contacted. We live nearly four hours away from Fishersville, yet Neal handled everything for us. He was punctual, thorough, and stayed in constant communication until we were able to pick my father up. When we arrived, he carefully went over all the details, had the death certificates ready, and even walked me through the VA reimbursement process. Could not have asked for better service. My wife passed away on Dec 8th which was a snowy day with some freezing rain. Neil was called mid-morning about the passing. I received a phone call around 12:30 that they were on their way and ETA was around 2pm. Despite the weather and road conditions they were here at the house right on time.
