Where do I begin? From the moment I contacted Jim Zalewski at Old Town Funeral Services I was put at ease, despite the sudden loss I had just experienced of my mother. The cost was very reasonable, but unmatched was the experience. I'm so very thankful for Jim, truly. His calm, yet genuine and caring demeanor is huge part of what I relied on while undergoing the planning for my mother. Jim went above and beyond and was always available. I cannot say enough of how I appreciate the time spent and the walk through of all the steps I would need to take to ensure I was doing all that I needed to do in the care of my mom. Even outside of completion of the cremation services Jim made himself available to assist me with other things regarding the remains of my mother. During a time where the world has shifted upside down, having to walk through end of life services can be monumental and very heavy.
