His calm, yet genuine and caring demeanor is huge part of what I relied on while undergoing the planning for my mother. Jim went above and beyond and was always available. I cannot say enough of how I appreciate the time spent and the walk through of all the steps I would need to take to ensure I was doing all that I needed to do in the care of my mom. Even outside of completion of the cremation services Jim made himself available to assist me with other things regarding the remains of my mother.
