Losing my mother in law has been one of the hardest things I have ever been through. Fred's personal and professional service went above and beyond. We are from out of town and he literally met us at the hotel to fill out the questionnaire for the death certificate. He was compassionate and personable. He was able to process our payment right there on his phone.
