We used Cremation Options 20+ years ago when my brother passed and they were so kind and sympathetic. My mother recently passed and I called for arrangements. Again, they were all extremely helpful and sympathetic. All options and prices were explained clearly. There were no surprise upcharges unexpected changes to the quoted price. One of the most respectful businesses I have dealt with. Would absolutely recommend them if cremation is what you or a loved one chooses.

Jim and the whole crew at Cremation Options are amazing. They offer pretty much any level of service that you choose. And they do it with compassion and no sales pushes towards more costly (and profitable) options that you might or might not want. In our case, we went with what both of my parents wanted--pretty much bare bones (they died 14 years apart and we used Cremation Options in each case). Very laid back and comforting experiences for us. They recently helped us get both Mom and Dad into the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. I've had less than stellar experiences with various funeral homes over the years. Cremation Options is the best if it fits what you are looking for.
