Graceland Mortuary

We are very thankful for the relationships we have made at Graceland. Sometimes, it is hard to transition under new ownership. Although she had only been there for 3 weeks, Samantha Wilgosz went out of her way to make sure we had everything completed correctly. She and her team did a wonderful job preparing the chapel and the service was absolutely beautiful. Samantha was extremely helpful the day of the funeral. She kept everyone on task and made sure we all knew where to be. Thank you for your guidance, professionalism, and compassion, while helping us through a very difficult time. This team is going to be very successful because they care about their clients, and it shows!

Excellent customer service! Michael was very transparent and upfront with pricing. He showed a genuine concern and compassion about the service they provide. Michael was amazing to work with  he was very kind and patiently explained everything. In fact, when I initially called, he had just left the office for a long weekend. He turned around, went back to the office, and helped coordinate arrangements. My father was a veteran, and Michael was very knowledgeable on what was needed for a military burial. We had used a higher priced mortuary when my in-laws passed away, since they had pre-purchased their final arrangements. The service we received from Graceland was equal, if not better, and far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them!
