My mom passed away in early January, and our family turned once again to William W Tripp Funeral Home in Pawtucket, where we have entrusted services for many years, usually working with Dan. After Mom was brought to the funeral home, I received a call from a gentleman named Matthew who introduced himself and explained that Dan would be away for a few months and that he would be assisting us. From the moment we met him, Matthew was absolutely wonderful. He took great care in walking us through every detail, never rushing us and making sure all of our questions were answered. His compassion, patience, and genuine kindness meant more to our family than I can express. From the first contact by phone to the in person meeting the staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Dan and Jason were the two that we worked with. We had to plan two funerals in four months and remembered us when we called so soon. They were wonderful and so caring. Dan even visited my mom in her home. I would highly recommend them.
