Following the unexpected death of my mother, and being new to the area, I was forced to find a funeral home in a matter of hours. I asked friends for recommendations and I heard the name Heintzelman-Stephens over and over. So glad I listened!. From the first phone call with them, all the way through to my last goodbye with my mom, I was completely impressed with the staff and their professionalism. Rodney Koch, the supervisor, was our first point of contact. He went above and beyond for our family. His dedication to his profession is evident and Im so thankful for the respect he showed for my mom. I cannot recommend them enough!

Having buried multiple family members, this has been one of the most memorable and stress-less services to plan and hold. From Sammy the amazing therapy dog who we asked for by request, to providing the atrium room for light refreshments for out of town travelers, to the smoothless tech services of Anthony on Zoom & the mic, allowing us to arrive early to setup, all the water bottles & tissues, to the A-mazing slide show with cool transitions effects, ...
