We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Flower and the entire team for everything they did for our family. A special thank you to Mark, who made our mom look absolutely beautiful we were truly in awe and so grateful for the care and attention he gave. To Mathew, thank you for always greeting us with a warm smile and for helping organize the room on the day; your kindness and professionalism meant so much. And Joanne where do we even begin? You are an absolute saint. From the very first day we met you right through to the end, you were by our side supporting us in every way. We didnt have to worry about a thing because you took care of everything with such compassion, patience, and grace. You are truly amazing at what you do, and from the bottom of our hearts, we cant thank you enough. You all made such a difficult time a little easier, and well be forever grateful

In our family's time of grief, we could not have asked for better support than what we received from Joanne and Mark. The funeral was planned and coordinated to perfection. Joanne helped me make the critical decisions and expedited the arrangements, and the care afforded my mother by Mark was impeccable. The recommendations for spiritual support were superior. But above all, the kindness and affiliativeness of everyone involved was beyond all expectations. Thank you Flower for helping us through this transition.
