Brooks Memorial provided great advice, service, detail, respect, and love during my period of grief pertaining to my Dad. The whole Staff Miss Jackie, Miss Robin, Miss Elaine, and Mr. Artie are amazing. Great teamwork among themselves and communication. My Dad's memorial service was better then expected. They went above and beyond in preparation and detail. Most important the warmth and love you feel from Brooks is great. A lot of funeral places rush you and push you based on experience. Very satisfied with their services. My daughter was admitted several times. I want to say that the staff are caring. ER personnel wonderful. Joe a nurse at the ER. Was fabulous. The 3rd floor , Nurse Noel and Sidney were very caring . I never had a problem.
