I contacted them months in advance. They provided me with an estimate to which they adhered exactly. I called a couple of weeks before the death just to confirm and they addressed my concerns respectfully and accurately. They arrived at my home within a half hour of being contacted. Two gentlemen came in, they were extremely sympathetic, respectful, and deferential. They told us everything they were going to do before they did it and offered us options about the procedure. I spoke with a close friend about their experience with a cremation though a funeral home. They had to sit with a funeral director for over an hour as he tried to sell them services. They bought a $400 urn; I took the included container. The only other difference is that their loved one was removed from a facility and mine from home. They spent over three times as much as I did. Some may find it tacky to shop for funeral services, but my wife would have been pleased.

New leaf was very sympathetic to my circumstance. They helped in every way possible. I would recommend new leaf cremation to anybody who needs these services.
