From start to finish, Shannon and Jeff were professional, patient, and incredibly compassionate. They answered every question, honored every request, and guided my family step by step, even when things became hectic on our end. The service itself was absolutely beautiful  the crowning ceremony Shannon performed moved everyone in attendance. Even when an unexpected mishap occurred during the service, she handled it with grace and made sure everything still flowed smoothly. Up to the very last moment at the cemetery, the care and dignity they showed my mother and our family was evident.
