When our dad passed away, we were lucky our parents had pre planned their funerals. My sibling and I knew that Keenans would take good care of him. I spoke with Jim after Dad died, and went to Keenans two days later for final arrangements. Jim was kind, empathetic and professional. Keenans took care of everything. When I called with follow up questions, I was treated again with patience and kindness. The wake and funeral went smoothly and beautifully. The Keenans team anticipated our every need. Vicki helped me with a question after the funeral and Julie has reached out to see if we needed anything further. I highly recommend and am grateful for Keenans experience and compassion.

The Keenan Team has been tremendously so helpful. Took over all services for me while I was in shock and grieved for my loss. They just took over the whole process also checked on me afterwards on how I was doing mentally and coping with the loss. Definitely their service is more like family than business. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Emily and her team of 3 gentle men for all their efforts after the passing of my Mom a few months ago. They all showed concern and compassion & were supportive during the entire planning & the service. I received complements & comments about how professional, present but unobtrusive the staff were during the Viewing & the Church service. Also, Julie was ever present & responsive to all my questions & continues to check in & offer bereavement assistance.
