Steve took very good care of my family and me. We lost my dad October 2025 and my mom December 2025. Hard losing parents back to back like that. Steve handled things very well and asked all the right questions. He told us what to come prepared with to each appointment, and kept us informed every step of the way. I felt confident with them every step of the way. They really made mom look so pretty for her viewing at the Church. They put the nail polish on I dropped off and got her hair to look so beautiful. They also got dad spot on for his viewing too. He looked so handsome. They transported them to and from the church and had them ready for cremation burial within a few days.

Steve did a wonderful job two years ago with my mom and just last month with my stepdad. Covered all of the bases, good advice and recommendations, tasteful presentation at the viewings, clean and respectful rooms, quick responses to questions and requested adjustments. Professional. Highly recommended.

We worked with Ken, and could not have been treated better. He was so thoughtful, tactful, sensitive, and easy to talk to. He was a gret problem solver and teammate to make everything run smoothly. He was very realistic and we knew what to expect, but then he had his can do attitude and made some of our most unusual requests a reality. His ability to read the tone of the people with whom he's interacting is incredible; he picked up on our vibe right away and made us feel right at home. I couldn't help but think how much my dad would've appreciated him and his interactions with us. Having such a great person help you in such a tough thing makes a world of difference.
