Im not usually one to leave reviews, but this one is long overdue. My little brother was tragically and suddenly taken from us March 16, 2025, and I was left completely devastated. As his next of kin, I took on the responsibility of planning every detail, which included finding a mortuary in Reno, Nevada, to receive my brothers remains and care for him before he was transferred back home to California. At the time, I had already experienced difficult and unkind interactions with the Medical Examiners office, as well as inaccurate news reports, and statements from Nugget Casino so I was understandably anxious about what the rest of this process might be like.
