Heart's Companion | Pet Memorial Center

They were respectful, we cremated Mac here because we heard good things about Heart's Companion. Cremation frees the soul in smoke, and we have the option to keep this part of him with us. There's a print service, so I have Mac's left paw on a ceramic. I wish I didn't have to go here in the first place, but he died and I didn't want his body to be removed or buried anywhere in this city. Heart's Companion is one of the rare good places in Reno.

Sad to say I have had to use multiple pet crematoriums, and one vet that did their own. Hearts Companion has on multiple occasions made crossing the rainbow bridge a little easier.

We had Dr Ulrich who was compassionate and kind. She explained everything to us before the procedure. I cant thank her enough for her compassion and patience. I loved my Shih-tzu so so much she helped my husband and myself with the transition of this life for him to get over the rainbow bridge! She is amazing! I would recommend her to everyone who has to make this decision for their pet! Thank you Dr. Ulrich cant thank you enough! You are the best!
