From beginning to end the Douglas and Johnson team are compassionate, helpful and listen to your requests in a tough time. Susan, Matt, Carrie and all the behind the scenes personal were always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on how things would go. They heard our wishes for my dad's services and made it happen. We found such peace in that. Dad had it rough at the end but they made him look like himself and it was beautiful. The compassion the team has is amazing and helped us thru the start of our grieving process. Rev. Deb was amazing and truly highlighted who dad was in just the few conversations we had. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion towards us, your help in navigating the process and just letting us ramble as we needed.
